HAVE SOME FUN WHILE RAISING MONEY FOR TWO VERY WORTHWHILE CHARITIES!

To our friends:

I am working for the Mayor of Barnet (John Marshall) to raise funds for the Charity Appeal during his year as Mayor. Details of his two chosen charities - with links to their web sites - are below

Perhaps you would like to organise your own evening or afternoon session of Bridge, Scrabble, Backgammon, Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit - or QUIZ EVENINGS, FUN RUNS, Darts, Snooker, etc., STAFF SOCIAL EVENINGS - or any other activity - either in your home or place of work - to raise funds on behalf of the Mayor's Appeal.

We are suggesting a guideline donation of £10 per guest - though even £5 will be fine - you may want to adjust this depending on the refreshments or meal you provide for your guests. Please try and raise as much money as you can.

Barnet Carers' Centre provides valuable professional back up and respite for dedicated Carers.
Chai Cancer Care is the Anglo Jewish Community's Hendon-based Cancer support Organisation.
These locally based charities provide a comfort blanket for the entire family, which is why I have chosen them to receive fundraising support during my Mayoral year. Please help us help them.  John Marshall
